Cassone is located on the eastern side of Lake Garda and is famous for the shortest river in the world, the Aril. It belongs to Malcesine, whose center is 4 km away. Gustav Klimt also spent his vacations here and painted two pictures, one of the church of Cassone and the port of Malcesine.
The main road Gardesana separates the lake property and the lake promenade from the villa. In the immediate vicinity, there is also a crosswalk for pedestrians. Between the spacious level main garden and the Gardesana are several plateaus with olive trees. Through this leads a staircase with 31 steps (about 3 minutes walk), which connects the property with the road or the lake. In the garden opens a unique panoramic view of Lake Garda, without seeing the main road. You have a direct view of the island of Trimelone and the surrounding mountains.
