A wide range of activities: Olympic bobsleigh piste, heli-skiing, mono-bob ... The ESF ski school can take care of your children either in the children's club or ski lessons.

Arrival is on Saturday between 16.00h and 19.00h. The tenant is kindly requested to call the landlord or his representative who has the keys (see itinerary) to make an appointment or to report a delay. Prior to the day of arrival the tenant can submit a request for arrival after 19.00h. The landlord can accept or refuse this. In the latter case, arrival will only be possible on the following day. Departure on Saturdays, at 10.00 a.m. at the latest. An appointment with the landlord or his representative should be made concerning the returning of the keys and the deposit.
On arrival the following has to be paid on the spot (cash or by cheque): -deposit

The height of the amounts is mentioned in the information on the holiday accommodation. The deposit will be returned at the end of the stay, if necessary with deduction of damage caused. In case the landlord or his representative cannot inspect the property before your departure, the deposit amount will booked into your bank account.
Insurance
The tenant has to be in possession of a liability insurance effected at an insurance company for the following risks: theft, fire, water damage, for his interest as a tenant as well as for the inventory of the holiday home as well as for neighbour's liability. The tenant must be able to show proof of this insurance to the landlord. The landlord rejects any responsibility for a claim of his insurance company on the tenant's insurance in case of damage to the holiday accommodation.
Obligations of the tenant
The tenant is to accept the holiday accommodation in the state as he finds it on arrival as described in the description on the internet site by the landlord. The furniture and all other objects can exclusively be used according to their purpose. If at the end of the sojourn pieces of furniture or other objects are missing or no longer fit for usage due to other than normal usage, they will have to be paid or replaced by the tenant with approval of the landlord. This condition applies to upholstery, wallpaper, and the entire building. In case of damage the value of the broken or cracked objects, cleaning costs for smudged carpets, blankets, matrasses, bed-linen etc will have to be paid by the tenant.
The tenant is to use the furniture and other objects solely in the room where they are placed. It is formally forbidden to move them outside of the rented property.
The tenant will not throw things down sinks, bathtubs, bidets, showers, toilets, drainage systems, etc, which could block them. If blockage occurs, the tenant will be held liable for the costs for unblocking.
The tenant will occupy the house and take care of it in the manner of a good family father.
The rented holiday home may in no circumstances be inhabited by a larger number of persons than indicated in the description and the reservation, except after written permission by the landlord.
The tenant will execute all necessary urgent works for maintenance of the rented property, like the replacement of household appliances, if necessary.
The tenant will not allow any pet into the holiday home, not even temporarily, without the permission of the landlord.
In case of rental of a house in an apartment block or holiday village the tenants, as temporary residents, will respect the local regulations.
It is forbidden to hang laundry for drying on the balconies or windows.
Cancellation costs
Every cancellation has to be reported by e-mail or fax as soon as possible and will be subject to costs.
Complaints
The tenant is obliged to inform the landlord or his representative about all deficiencies or abberations, if any, within three days after arrival in the holiday accommodation.
Guarantee deposit
On arrival, you will be asked for a deposit of €200 (bank preauthorisation).
Visitor's tax
4.84 € maximum per person per day. Free for under 18s. Payable on site.

Only 1 dog accepted at this accommodation, no exceptions.
