The villa also offers a large terrace equipped for relaxation and a porch furnished with a table and chairs, ideal for al fresco dining.

The property’s location in Arezzo provides easy access to one of Tuscany's most elegant and historically rich cities, known for its Etruscan origins and Renaissance art. Guests can explore nearby attractions such as the Casentino valley, the village of Poppi, and the Franciscan hermitages of La Verna and Camaldoli.

Upon entering, guests will find a service bathroom on the left, and down three steps, a large open space furnished with comfortable sofas and two dining tables awaits. The well-equipped kitchen is adjacent to this space and leads to an outdoor patio furnished with a dining table, chairs, a brick corner barbecue, and a wood-burning oven. To the right of the entrance is a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom. A beautiful staircase leads to the first floor, where a bright living room with sofas and large windows offers a stunning view of the valley. To the left is a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom, and opposite are two more double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. A separate door leads to another double bedroom and bathroom, with access to the outdoors from this area.

The villa offers a range of amenities, including a well-equipped kitchen with an electric oven, induction hob, refrigerator with freezer, electric kettle, espresso machine, toaster, and blender. Additional features include Wi-Fi internet, a flat-screen smart TV, air conditioning, and heat pumps in each room. There is also a laundry room with an ironing board and iron, children's games, a ping-pong table, a gym, and indoor parking. Please note that pets are not allowed.
