This is a chlorine pool that is 9 x 4.5 meters and has a water depth ranging from 1 to 2 meters. It is possible to set a children's safety fence around it. There also is an exterior shower in case you want to cool down quickly before cooking a succulent barbecue that you can enjoy on the terrace. The property is fenced and there are neighbors around.

The town offers a wonderful promenade to enjoy long walks by the sea, beach bars restaurants, and more. The beach is extensive and ideal for practicing water sports. We highly recommend a visit to the Natural Park of s'Albufera as well as enjoying a delicious paella at any restaurant by the shore. An even livelier place is Puerto de Alcudia not far away and the place to enjoy nightlife.

When you enter you will find a living dining - room -with TV Sat and air-conditioning- that leads to the kitchen. It is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, etc, and the washing machine, iron, and ironing board also are right here. The house features three bedrooms to rest, all of the with air-conditioning and a closet. Two of them have twin beds and exit to a balcony with pool views.
